Need to return – Few points to remember

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of a product
  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
  • All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging in place.
  • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, please attach an image of the product
  • You need to ship the products yourself, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is accepted.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all returns, please use a reliable courier service.
